Beaches of Teulada

TUERREDDA

Placed in a splendid inlet between Capo Malfatano and Capo Spartivento, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia for its very fine, light-coloured sand and transparent colour of the sea that reminds a Caribbean landscape. Around the beach is verdant Mediterranean brush, and the islet of the same name, a few hundred meters from the shore, reached after a few minutes swimming.

CAPO MALFATANO

Located along a stretch of coast defined ‘a rias’ for its rapidly changing landscape, has white sand to the tall clay and rock-cliffs and stones. The Spanish tower positioned on high over the small promontory that leads out into the sea, affords breathtaking panoramic views.

PORTO TRAMATZU

Beach with fine, white sand. Isola Rossa rises out of the sea in front of the beach and it is reached thanks to guided tours that also visit nearby beaches.

LE DUNE DI PORTO PINO

The beach of Porto Pino has fine, white sand, divided into two by a strip of rocks. It is further enriched by the presence of typical Mediterranean brush vegetation along with a pinewood of the extremely rare Aleppo Pine, which, according to legend, was the preferred wood of the Phoenicians for the construction of their boats.
